[JIL] Increase Counter Variable within Naming Preset v.5.5

There are two ways of increasing the Counter Variable within Naming Presets and these two workflows are outlined below.

Stop/Start Recording

When there is a recording currently ongoing and the operator needs to increase the Counter Variable, because that is required for the production and/or post-production, then the recording can be stopped and started again.

A recording is currently ongoing, Counter Variable is “001”.

After stopping/starting the recording the Counter Variable changes to “002”.

Split Recording

When there is a recording currently ongoing and the operator needs to increase the Counter Variable, because that is required for the production and/or post-production, then the recording can be stopped and started again.

A recording is currently ongoing, Counter Variable is “002”.

Now the Split Record Feature can be used to Split the ongoing recording (holding down the Option-key when moving the mouse over the Record button).

After splitting the recording the Counter Variable changes to “003”.
