• Apple ProRes (MOV) - hardware accelerated on Apple silicon for Progressive fields only!

• H.264 (MP4 and MOV) - hardware accelerated on Apple silicon (performance depends on the number of available media engines on Apple silicon).

• HEVC-H.265 (MOV and MP4) - hardware accelerated on Apple silicon (performance depends on the number of available media engines on Apple silicon).

Color Space

The Just In Mac Lite 2026 application will not convert any color space information but will check the color space of the incoming signal and use it for the recordings accordingly.
