Make sure the Channel is ready
Ignore these points if Just Out and Just Connect are running on another machine. Contact your system administrator if necessary.
Verify the following points:
The Just Out engine application is running.
The Just Connect application is running and there is a Green () light next to the Channel you want to use.

Connecting to a Channel via the Just Control user interface
Just Control is installed and configured on the appropriate client machine.
You know the name of the Channel you would like to connect to.
You have the required Username and Password combination to connect to that Channel.
